Learning to learn
L’arte della ricerca è nelle mani dei bambini. – Loris Malaguzzi
The second staff training focused on the competence of learning to learn. The training began with a presentation of the programs developed and implemented by IFOA with a focus on the methodology used and the competences required of the training staff. The program included an on-site visit to “Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi” Reggio Children (www.reggiochildren.it) where the participants learned about their unique approach to education and the methodology of creating a workshop concept.
The final day was centered around reflecting on how young people experience language learning and how intercomprehension could prepare them to envision international mobilities and be prepared for the intercultural dimension.
