Evaluation meeting

The second partner meeting was an opportunity for the project team to reflect on the progress of the project and its results and to discuss the dissemination of the project results. The feedback allowed team members to acknowledge the value of diversity, as well as to address the challenges faced coming from diverse backgrounds. The partnership itself helped each team member become aware about how they interact with others, how to manage expectations and to address difficult questions in order to move forward. The principles of intercomprehension can be applied to social interactions in general, beyond the scope of language and this has been our most valuable takeaway.
